Resiliency and Empowerment Coaching

We are human. We are animals. We are the earth, and the waters that flow through us. By coming back to our senses, to relationship, and interdependence, we can rediscover the exuberance that life is calling forth. This is our birthright, something we and our ancestors have always known, and something modern ways of living have led many of us to forget. Organic Intelligence® (OI™) is the support we have been receiving from each other and our environment since the time before time; it is a new articulation that synthesizes ancient spiritual traditions and scientific theory.

At a biological, cellular level, we have known for millions of years how to heal ourselves, how to self-organize. My goal is to help clients find a pathway to this healing, back to presence, empowerment and prosilience. Prosilience, which some refer to as ‘anti-fragile,’ is beyond resilient; it is the ability to thrive in the face of adversity and meet life’s challenges with enthusiasm.

The OI method avoids pathologizing our states and experience while allowing the space to let go of trauma, pain, and stress as capacity builds. And like everything in life we recognize that this process is non-linear. I am also integrating the perspective of Somatic Experiencing®, a similarly naturalistic method of supporting nervous system regulation and trauma resolution, for which I am currently in training at the Intermediate level.

Our work together may take the form of conversation, mindful observation, movement, or non-invasive physical contact. Sessions are available in-person or online. I seek to support you around any issue you see fit to bring to our sessions as long as it’s within my scope of practice, and I’m especially interested in work around connection with nature, gender and masculinity, ancestors, grief, dreams, chronic pain, etc. Please feel free to contact me [Randy] for a free consultation to determine if working together would be a good fit.

*NOTE: I am an Organic Intelligence Certified Coach. I offer OI Coaching sessions. I am not a licensed mental health professional, and I do not provide ‘therapy.’ I am not legally qualified to diagnose mental or physical health disorders. If you are interested and/or we determine it is appropriate, I may be able to refer you to a practitioner who is qualified in these areas.
